A Selective Guide to the Arts in Los Angeles

Orchestra Santa Monica presents its gala inaugural concert on Saturday, Oct. 27, at 7:30 p.m. at Barnum Hall in Santa Monica. Led by Music Director Allen Gross, the orchestra will perform a program of popular classical works by Rossini, Bach, Weber and Beethoven. Featured soloists will be Michael Emery (violin), Samuel Fischer (violin) and Gary Bovyer (clarinet).
