Perla Batalla will be in concert with Karen Hammack and special guest Rick Batalla at the Théâtre Raymond Kabbaz on Saturday, March 1, at 7:30 p.m. Deftly moving through musical genres, Perla will perform a variety of classic and original material in both English and Spanish, including selections from her award-winning “Mestiza” song cycle, her Grammy-nominated “Songs of Leonard Cohen” and her own unique take on the great American songbook. Batalla will also include new collaborative compositions and works in progress from her cutting-edge one-woman show.
